COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This typical bottom fermented lager is particularly mild and palatable - the ideal beer for all those who love a beer with a low bitter value. This beer has a pure and fruity flavour and is brewed using the 2 mashing method - a beer for adults of all ages.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Sweetish malty grainy flavor. Has a sweetish malty grainy finish.

Draught at the brewpub. Pale golden coloured, small white head that went away slowly, dusty slight herbal nose. Moderate malty, grainy and slight fruity with mild bitter finish. Again average beer from Salm Bräu.

Frisch getreidiger Antrunk mit leichter Hopfenbittere. Diese nimmt zu und wird durch die Intensitätssteigerung aromenführend. Leicht, etwas herb, angenehm. Zum Ende recht mild, dumpf bitter-malzig ist das Bier hintergründig. Test vom 27.8.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 10,11,11,11,-,11 - 10,89

On tap @ brewpub in Vienna. Pours hazy straw coloured with a big white head, lots of bubbles clinging to the glass. Grainy aroma, apricot. Taste is mild sweet, with a very low hop presence. Smmoth mouthfeel. Nice helles

Draught at Salm-Bräu, Vienna. Murky golden with a lasting white head. Solid hoppy and fruity nose. Flavour is malt and juicy fruit. Really nice. Great bitterness. Quite rustic - excellent.
