Commercial Description:
Copper colored and full bodied, this ale is high in taste and alcohol. An exceptional blend of Northern Brewer, Cascade and Willamette hops and English malts to make it easy to drink more than one pint

On tap at the brewpub. It poured a red/mahogany color with a thin beige head. The aroma is slightly malty with caramel overtones. There is a bit of a roasted barley flavor, with a nice balance of hops and malt. This beer has a nice, smooth mouthfeel, and a good finish. A very good brew! This beer would pair nicely with an authentic fish and chips meal.

Draft at the brewpub. Light malt and decent hop for aroma.Medium dark reddish amber color with a lightish off-white head. Smooth roasted caramel with balancing bitter - some floral bitter. Medium body with smooth carbonation. Finish is balanced.

On tap at the brewey. This beer had a vegitable flavor like the golden. Pours light amber with a small off-white head. Smooth caramel malt start to a mild hopped, but balanced finish. Very sessionable beer, but had a funky vegitable flavor towards the finish.

on tap-pours a disappearing off white head and cloudy dark amber color. Aroma is sweet medium malt. Taste is sweet medium malt, faint hops-some citrus and some of the same ? the IPA had.

This was a really great beer. A beer that captures what a perfectly balanced aroma and flavor profile should be. Rich and sweet matliness, some rich fruits and caramel, with just a hint of toffee. Nice!
