On tap at Salmon Creek in Vancouver, Washington--Crisp, semi-sweet beer that poured a medium amber -copper bosy with a two-finger white head. Biscuity, clean, and estery. Yum!

This was one of the better beers being served that day. Pours darker copper color with a smooth white head. Caramel and fruity flavor up front with a solid hopped finish. Piney herbal hop finish. Toasty malt start, all around nice beer.

on tap-pours a thin creamy tan head and dark brown color. Aroma is medium malt-caramel. Taste is medium malt-caramel, nutty, secondary hops bite-some citrus, some [English] flat. Solid medium body. OK carbonation.

Flat but still fragrant & malty Barely translucent dark brown, piney hops with a mollases follow. Flavor continues the piney sharpness with maple & smoke. I’d love to try this carbonated.

This was a really nice English style bitter, that I tried on regular tap and also on nitro. This had a wonderful dry malt character, some bitterness and a wonderful tea character, with a very gentle level of hoppiness. Nicely done.
