On tap atthe brewpub in Vancouver, WA. Deep dark brown, very nice full creamy head. Faint light roasty aroma. Slightly sour roasted dusty flavor. The chocolate and coffee mentioned are but an afterthought. This is a fairly dry, otherwise not very ambitious Porter finishing a bit metallic. . Not unpleasant.
