Bottle. Haxy gold with an off white head. Aromas are woody pine and pineapple with yeast. Lychee with candy sugar and thin grapefruit. Toast with floral notes and herbal and slightly minty notes. Flavours are sweet biscuit with mixed tropical fruit and leafy, herbal notes. Slightly green pine with grapefruit bitterness and zesty lemon. Very nice.

Bottle from Appleyards Deli, Shrewsbury. Murky golden-amber with a thin white head. Good resinous mouthfeel. Pine up front then lots of citrus- sour lemon and grapefruit- followed by some mango and then a dirty, earthy bitterness to finish. Didn’t do it for me at all- I’m quite surprised by the high scores here.

Gravity dispense at Craft 100, CBC Clapham, 02/04/15. Hazed golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is orange peel, earthy hop notes, tangerine, bread dough, straw. Taste comprises juicy hops, mango, bitter orange, straw, sweet notes, light mango shreds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok IPA.

At Craft 100 150403. Hazy golden, small head. Hoppy bready aroma, bitter, caramel, citrus and raisins, malty flavor, bready, butter, citrus, grassy, some hay. A bit disappointing.

Cask at The Cellar, Chester. Slightly hazy golden. Long-lasting white head. Aroma is a gorgeous tropical fruit cocktail. Slightly grassy too. Taste is equally juicy, fairly dry and only slightly bitter. It’s incredibly drinkable. This is exactly how I like my IPAs and it’s clearly in great form here.

Bottle from Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. First time drinking since Shrewsbury CAMRA festival, still as delicious.

Bottle, thnx to minutemat for sending me this. Pours a murky blonde beer with a nice amount of bright white head on top. Aroma has pine needles, fresh citric touches and is really appealing. Almost like a West Coast IPA, so much citrus and pine influences are present in this beer. Flavor is moderately bitter, very citrussy again but has a slight bittersweet aftertaste. Nicely balanced, long, bitter aftertaste. Decent carbonation going, overall a nice IPA.

Really enjoyed this: cask half-pint at the 24th Shrewsbury CAMRA Beer Festival on 6th Nov 2014. Golden pour with a white cushion for a head. Not as citrusy as I expected, the flavours and aromas are there but subtle and controlled. The alcohol is well hidden by the depth of body and flavours. Got my vote as the beer of the festival.

Pours a dirty brown color, hazy, topped with small whit head. The aroma is very pleasant - citrusy hops, fruity notes. The taste starts fruity, followed by an extra pleasant and decent hoppy bitterness. Very enjoyable.

Dunkel hopfiger, leicht fruchtiger Antrunk. Leichte Bitterkeit, vollmundig würzig. Konstante Hopfigkeit, geringe Alkoholnoten in der Nase. Gut! 12/11/12/12/11/12

Bottle from the shop at the pheasantry brewery. Gold with white head. Thick and fruity IPA with citrus and big hops. Easy to drink go and highly drinkable.
