COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - July 2013. Also available bottle conditioned.

Hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka and Galaxy. Brewed using malted barley and wheat. A surge of pine engulfs the palate while hints of orange and watermelon cascade across a dry and tempered bitter landscape. The finish is long and defined with a whisper of sweetness.

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy golden/apricot beer with a nice lasting offwhite head. Lovely fruity hop aroma, pine apples, passion fruit, grapes, floral notes, caramel, citrus, clementines, fresh hops. Hoppy pine apple flavor, passion fruit, mango, fruit cocktail, grassy notes, lovely hoppy fruitiness. Very full bodied to be a cask. Caramel finish with pine apples, mango, clementines, floral notes and some grape fruit. Wonderful!

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Outstanding aroma - massive tropical beautifulness. Mouthfeel is fizzy like a mythical/historical tram journey down Narborough Road (Leics), conjured from black and white photographs in Fenwicks (Leics). The white art deco tram stop is still there - look for it. Great IPA. Salopian really are a top, top brewery these days. No bias here. They are outstanding.

Lovely aroma, all sorts of fruits and the galaxy hop is definitely noticeable. If this beer was made by one of the "cool" breweries it would be even more popular.

Bottle. Smell is fresh citrus, resinous pine, lemon, apple and lychee. Taste is all modern IPA - pine, citrus, but with a bitter biscuit nuttiness too it that i guess comes from the malted barley. Wonderful combination of hops. Can’t wait to try more from this producer.

This smells, and tastes more like a DIPA than a standard IPA, I has to check the bottle to see the abv. Full of marmalade fruits, with a decent hop influence. Very nice

Cask @ Akkurat. Sweet and fruity IPA with a low-medium bitterness in the finish. Notes of orange, toffee and grapefruit. Soft carbonation. Very drinkable.

330ml, Beer Gonzo. Intense aroma of..well, gelatinous confectionery, Cointreau, cats, mint leaf, grapefruit and grenadine syrup soft pungency. Dank old orange, fennel and Deep Heat impressions. Misted copper-orange piled with moussey froth. Soapy, pungent, orange marmalade flavour with peppery heat, husk, mint humbug and honey. Mellow honeyed bitterness finish with a nut husk linger. Salopian raising the bar and pushing my descriptors with this one.

On keg at Montgomery’s Tower in Shrewsbury. Cloudy yellow in appearance with a dense white head. Very aromatic..... Mixed citrus fruits, orangey-ness standing out. Served a touch too cold, masking some of the flavours, but some mango and orange flavours were coming through. Lots of bite on the finish.
