3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask handpull at Market Porter. Pale gold with thin white head. Big honey aroma. NO huge body, some honey in the mouth. Honey sting on end. For someone who likes honey beers, this had lots of honey on end. I liked it.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Cask (handpump) at the Market porter, Southwark, April 2008. Golden colour with a loose white head. Decent condition. Biscuit malt aroma with plenty of honey in evidence. Quite dry on the palate, with a surprisingly malty character and less honey apparent. Clean and pleasant but not really enough going on to maintain my interest.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cask conditioned at The Woolpack, Banbury. Pale gold with white head. Strange taste to this, quite metallic, like badly washed cutlery. Couldn’t get what the beer was about at all, but it seemed to drink well enough. Unmemorable.
