Cask (Peterborough Beer Festival 2004) Black, thin head. Strongly burnt malts on the nose and in the mouth, but not overpoweringly so. Full bodied, but a little drying.

Cask Stillage at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Oldham 02/04/2005 Black rich on the palate with some fruit aroma. Slightly dry lasting roast finish.

Dover Fest. Smokey and ashey. A dry and tasty ashy coffee stout. Straight forward and good enough for all that. A nice finish to the day.
