3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Dract to taster at the Salt Creek Tap Room in Bloomington. Lools good for the style; a transparent copperish orange with off-white head. Smells mildly sweet and malty with notes of caramel and what seems to be Belgian yeast. It could be lager yeast, but I’m getting some spices too. Solid on the palate. Not bad.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Sampled at the Brewpub. It poured a dark amber color with a small light tan head. The aroma was of caramel malt and toffee. The taste was similar with some sweetness that was balanced by light hops. It was medium bodied and overall pretty good.
