Gravity cask at the Pembury Tavern on 21st July 2010 during their summer festival. Gold with thin scantly lacing white head. Beautiful floral aroma; very fruity floral hop kick with exquisite elderflower notes. A lasting hoppy back-taste and dry finish. Remarkably textured mouthfeel for a stillage-poured beer.

Blumig herber Antrunk, bittere Beinoten. Die Blumigkeit bleibt bestehen, witzig, frisch, spritzig. Nicht ganz mein Fall. 9/10/9/9//9

Cask at CPK, London. Meet the brewer event. It pours pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is huge on elderflowers and some peachy hoppy notes. Great. Taste is hoppy and the more fruity sweet side with loads of peaches and mango. Medium mouthfeel with good carbonation. Overall, different and delicious.

The head is unstable, the body golden. It smells minze, lemon, lemongrass, elderflower. It taste the same plus a bit bitter. In the aftertaste bitter-lemon. Very interesting and good. 10/12/12/12/-/12

Cask. Golden ale with a steady white head. Really strong elderflower and lime nose. Translates well into the beer with elderflower heading up the flavour. Also lemons, limes and zests with a slight sweet malt to balance the spicey bite a little. Finish is bitter and elderflowers hover in your mouth for an age. Interesting twist and drinkable.

Cask - The Royal Oak, Poringland. Poured a clear golden orange with a fine lacy white head with fair retention. The floral, gingery elderflower is dominant throughout though not overpowering. Some furniture polish on the nose. Nice zippy lemon & spicy hops too. Relatively soft, short to medium length bitterness with a lingering floral note. Light to medium body, soft & lightly spritzy mouthfeel & a lingering finish. Well conditioned, lovely in the mouth & really quaffable.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2012 I just get bubblegum and sherbet. Very sweet aroma, gives way to sherbetty sweet drink with traces of elderfliwer. Not great.
