Bottle. Straw with a thinnish white head. Nose is raspberries, raspberries and raspberries. Taste is... well itís raspberries again. The deScription says "delicately infused"... I say "***loads of raspberries". Itís alright, but itís a bit overly fruity for me. Thereís a little bit of bitter kick, but not enough. This beer is so raspberry laden, it should be pink. It isnít, so thatís itís saving grace.

Pint from York pub, golden lion I think. Light amber ale with white frothy head. Reeks of raspberries, like the raspberry icecream syrup. Taste is same, nice amount of bitterness to offset the sweet. Bit of a shock at first, but it grew on me as the slurps piled up.

Bottle - amber with a thin fizzy beige head. Aroma of blackcurrant, blackberries and grass. Taste of raspberries, blackberries and a little blackcurrant. Slight sourness, a little grass and hay and a light bitterness to finish. Light body, medium carbonation.

Golden in colour with a large head and lacing on the glass. Has a lovely raspberry aroma when pouring. Has a fairly bitter taste compared to the very sweet aroma. Tastes of hops and raspberrys and is quite refreshing. A nice summer drink.

Bottle from Rehills Newcastle. Pours golden colour with a hint of pink. Strong raspberry flavours (obviously), but a very nice beer after a big meal

Poured a very pale yellow with almost no head. The aroma was overwhelmingly of raspberries. Tasted of raspberries unsurprisingly, with a little hop.

Bottle. Hit with a huge but almost artificial aroma of raspberries upon opening. Pours a promising pale gold colour with a very white heads that looks appetising but fades quickly. Taste is peculiar in that it reminded me of those drum-stick lolly sweets you can get with a slightly cloying aftertaste. Not entirely unpleasant but also not what I was hoping for, sadly.

Cask at the paramount, Manchester. First raspberry beer Iíve ever had that wasnít pink. Instead pale gold with white head. Aroma is strongly raspberry and fairly artificial. Taste is mediocre pale beer with raspberry flavour.

Bottle, The Beer Emporium, Sandbach. Poured a good head, lively in the glass, straw / blonde coloured with an aroma of soft fruit and malt. Nice medium dry hoppy flavour with soft malt and hints of raspberry. Good refreshing beer from the fridge.
