Oct 8, 2007 went good with my bbq st. louis ribs. tingle of a hop profile and that’s it. nice caramel and nutty sweetness. pretty good malty backbone. good carbonation. sorry, i don’t SESSION beers anymore. nice dark amber color probably accentuates the tastes described above.

Aug 21, 2006 From 650 ml bottle into an imp pint glass. Poured a highly carbonated amber (large bubbles clinging to the glass) with a thinnish head. Some flowery aromas take hold with the distant scent of hops. It’s a very light aroma. Flavour is thin and sour. There’s something that causes my cheeks to pucker and I can’t push that away long enough to get a sense of what this ale CAN taste like. A poor representation, unfortunately.
