3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: MAY 7, 2014 Besmirches the entire concept of the word rebel. Weak at best, shoud be renamed lilly session IPA or some other wimpy domestic Skete’s Wicked blah blah blah... Needs more flavor, aroma and dry hops, a higher mash temp, and grains to add body.

Flaske. Jeg vil virkelig gerne kunne lide Sam Adams, men dette er bare en rigtig dårlig IPA. Duften er lidt off og smagen er totalt mudret imellem IPA og engelsk bitter. Alkoholen for dominerende. Ikke god.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear copper body with a generous white head. Aroma of candied hops and pine trees. Flavor is as expected. This seems to rate lower within the rebel series, but I’m going against the grain here. Fairly enjoyable. 2nd tier as far as IPA’s go.

355ml bottle. Golden color, small white head which dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma is caramel and some pine. Flavor is medium sweet and light medium piny bitter. Not as aromatic as the commercial description suggests. Decent American IPA.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
15th June 2016
Light haze on this gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is slightly soft and has modest fine carbonation. Soft malts, light malt cream sweetness. Semi sweet floral mid. Mild citrus develops, the floral vibe turns mildly bitter. Touch of orange. Light bitter linger. More that the sum of it’s parts this IPA. Hangs together very well, smooth and quaffable.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Fresh bottle. Aroma of grapefruit, oranges, pine, little maltiness.
Pours golden like a lager, two finger off white thick head.
Taste is medium to lightly sweet and medium to lightly bitter. I’m surprised by the lacking bitterness for the style. Very moderate and generic taste.
Medium body, average carbonation, little sticky on the lips, finishes a little dry. Moderate IPA but fair for the price.
