Cask handpull. Mostly clear amber coloured pour with a lasting off white creamy top. Aroma is nutty, raisin bread, bit of staling, dried apple. Flavour is composed of nutty light toffied malts, raisin and dried apples, little dishwater. Some rough grains in the finish. Palate is medium sweet, moderate cask condition. OK bitter but pretty boring.

2015-09-22. Crisp amber body, near headless. 3+ Aroma has a vaguely tea like, or seaweed note (reminds me of a sushi restaurant somehow)
Flavour is similar with tea notes, light bitterness. Smooth average bodied palate, low carbonation. Okay. Cask at The Falcon, London, UK..

Draught @ The Junction. Dark amber with very small frothy white head that leaves a ring, faint caramel aroma, high carbonation, thin body, light caramel taste, abruot finish. Quite mellow but drinkable.

Cask at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) A clear copper amber colour with a creamy white head. Aroma of caramel, spice, some nuts, subtle butterscotch and slight banana. Taste of caramel, butterscotch, some banana, subtle raisin, slight nuttiness and spicy hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A malty finish with a subtle spicy hop bitterness in the aftertaste. Malty and smooth but unaspiring and too sweet, forgettable.

Aroma: Medium-light caramel. Light floral.
Appearance: Clear copper body. thin, tan head. low retention.
Flavour: Medium-light bitterness. Light hops, floral, grassy. Light astringency. Dry finish with lingering astringency.
Mouthfeel: Medium body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Missing in the hoppiness/bitterness that you usually get for the style, but not a bad beer.
