English yeast aroma. The taste is dominated by the yeast. Some caramel. A little bitter too. Not a good bw....

Lovely amber clear and ivory foam. Rich milky cereal caramels. Pome fruit erasure earthy light tar. Some light heat. Really delicious. Thanks to Glen Payne.

Bottle. Pours golden with an off-white head. Aroma of malt, fruitiness, some bread, grains and some floral notes. Flavor is sweet and malty with some floral notes, caramel and yeast. Medium body, average carbonation.

Bottle. A lightly unclear amber colored beer topped by a small, dense, light beige head. Fruity aroma with caramel malts, rather weak and one dimensional. It’s full-bodied, warming and smooth on the palate, with caramel, nuts, some piney hops and a citrus touch. Bitterness. Alcohol. Long finish. Started out in a nice way, but that was just the first whiff. Rather uninteresting actually. 150724

Bottle 330ml @ gunnfryd’s hytte
Pours slightly hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, red apples, alcohol and some fruits. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long slightly warm, malty and fruity finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Gravity pour at Brewmasters Theatre of Beer, Clapham. Pours cloudy amber with no head. Light sour citrus aroma. Eggy, puniness with citrus stuff... Infected I guess - it tasted awful. Rancid.

Bottle from Pigs Ear and drunk at home. Clear dark ruby amber. Lasting beige head. Sweet barley wine aroma. Golden syrup. I mean it’s a barley wine, some hoppiness on the finish. Sweetish, dryish, hoppyish. Fine. Just not enormously interesting but there is some orange fruits. OK.

Bottle from London Brewers Market, Spitalfields Market, London. An amber coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Sweet, fruity aroma. Tastes sweet, fruity, caramel, quite thin, lacking in complexity.

330ml bottle (tasting @VastActive place, thanks). Clear dark amber color. Tiny size, yellow head, stays. Buggers, raisins, metallic, candy in aroma. Metallic, malty, caramel, sweet notes in taste. Medium bitterness. Sweet body. Something weird going on here.

330ml bottle - thanks VastActive and the crowd from Hel!
Initially a rather off aroma, something a bit vomitty in the first sniff which transitions to something more pissy or crotchy in the second sniff. Very oxidised. Looked a nice copper, but was a bit flat. Fairly thin palate, rich malts to the fore. As it warms, the aroma improves significantly, becoming righly malty. Strange BW.
