COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask and unpasteurised bottle; Seasonal - Summer. Also as Sambrooks Pale Ale.

Our Pale Ale is brewed with Maris Otter pale malt and contains a mixture of Admiral, First Gold, Celeia and New Zealand Hallertau whole leaf hop. This gives our pale ale a light, dry and zesty tate with a citrus aroma

Bottled, 500ml from Sainsbury’s in Banbury. Gold with whithe head. Odd perfumed aroma leading to the flowery, perfumed vaguely cold tea like flavour that puts me on edge a little, some citrus though and a little fruitiness to rescue it, but just not to my taste.

Fin litt uklar oransjefarge med et hvit skum. Aroma av malt, karamell og sitrus. Smaken følger aroma, men med innslag ov nøtter.

I had 2 pints of this beer at Fox on the Hill, Denmark Hill last night. A decent pint, but the ale in the Fox is not always conditioned correctly.

Slightly cloudy orange. Aroma of bitter grapefruit and lime marmelade. Similar taste with pale malt sweetness. Fairly thick mouthfeel.

500ml pullo. Brittialeksi keskiarvoa aromikkaampi ja hapokkaampi. Paahteinen ja hieman yrttinen maku.

500ml bottle. (bottle) Hazy, golden colour with off-white head. Light bodied with a medium carbonation. Floral notes with tones of marmalade. Moderately bitter hoppy finish. Decent beer.

ThirstyBird (1506) - Düsseldorf, GERMANY - JUN 21, 2014
Pours a golden yellow color with just barely a hint of haze and then a near white cap. The smell is crackers, fruit, grass. The taste is some crisp bitterness to start, some fruit, ends crisp with biscuits and fruit. Light in body with above average carbonation level. A solid beer.

MoritzF (8456) - Bochum, GERMANY - MAY 31, 2014
(bottle) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a firm and slightly off-white foamy head. Mildly bready and yeasty malty aroma with delicately sweaty notes and citric hops. Slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a medium carbonation. Dry malt character with subtle notes of citrus and grassy hops; dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish, again with grassy spots. Decent and refreshing. 16.IV.14

pivnizub (8770) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - MAY 7, 2014
Bottle: Distinctive lemony-hoppy nose with subdued medical traces and backed by clean pale malt; golden coloured, visible carbonation, medium sized persistent White head; spicy bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied - not watery - and relatively soft; a slight tartness is detectable in the dry lingering citrussy-hoppy finish. Very pleasant stuff...
