Cask and unpasteurised bottle; Seasonal - Summer. Also as Sambrooks Pale Ale.

Our Pale Ale is brewed with Maris Otter pale malt and contains a mixture of Admiral, First Gold, Celeia and New Zealand Hallertau whole leaf hop. This gives our pale ale a light, dry and zesty tate with a citrus aroma

Bottled, 500ml from Sainsbury’s in Banbury. Gold with whithe head. Odd perfumed aroma leading to the flowery, perfumed vaguely cold tea like flavour that puts me on edge a little, some citrus though and a little fruitiness to rescue it, but just not to my taste.

Fruits, citrus, malt and a hint of caramel in the aroma. Golden with a white head. Medium sweet and medium bitter. Light to medium body with a average carbonation. Overall a nice fruity and easy drinkable ale.

Cask at Camden Head during London vacation. Deep golden with small white head. Aroma has a nice clean maltiness to it with hay and yeast. Taste has some green notes, malt, hay, manure and soap.

(Cask at Black Door, 20140301) The beer poured golden and almost clear. Its head was small, white and it lasted long. Aroma had sweetness, earth, grass and malts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, earth, hint of toffee, some malts and lowish bitterness. Aftertaste had English hops and bitterness. More like a golden ale than a bitter but still decent.

Hieno, oranssi väri. Pieni bitter, mutta todella mukava maku. Ei liian kitkerä ollenkaan. Ajanviettoon.

99% clear golden body, just a ring on surface - scents of hops, malt, grapefruit, foot sweat, malty spices, hints of apple. Tastes hops, resin, spicy fruits or herbs, notes of metal in a bitter tune as citrus peels. Fresh enough to palate. Ends bitter with sweet notes, slightly dry, tiny hints of aluminium, still refreshing. (500ml brown bottle 4.2abv b@Kjeller5 &enjoyed@home)
