stouby (1521), Holbaek, Denmark Sep 15, 2008 Bottle at home.
Hazy orange with a off white ehad. Aroma moderate malty (caramel, roasted), light hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet, light bitter. Light/medium body. One of their best beers. Ungstrup (11354), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 27, 2008 Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of burnt malts. The flavor is sweet with notes of burnt plastic, leading to a dry bitter finish. Not good. Mogwai (189), Askeby, Denmark Jul 8, 2008 Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with white head. Aroma of fruit, yeast and flowers. Flavor of elder flower, banana and yeast. Decent. Adenila (685), Denmark Mar 24, 2008 Sleightly hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma leads my thought towards a wittbier, yeasty bananna and fresh flowers. Flavor is mainly acidic along with medium sweet and bitter notes. MoritzF (3883), Ruhrpott, Germany Mar 21, 2008 (bottle, courtesy of Papsoe) Cloudy, murky orange colour with a big, diminishing frothy, minimal off-white head. Moderately sweet and yeasty, slightly sourish citrus fruity aroma with light piney hops and spicy and flowery accents. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a fizzy mouthfeel. Fruity and malty, slightly wheaty taste with early arriving spicy notes; moderately dry, slightly spicy and minimal piney hoppy finish (21.03.08).
