charlotte (1186), Vanløse, Denmark Aug 22, 2008 Muddy amber colour with small white head.Aroma of yeast and hops unbalanced and boring beer, really dont need to drink this beer again. Pinball (417), Allerød, Denmark Jul 17, 2008 bottle, best bf 09-2008, tasted 07-2008. quite strong aroma dominated by what i hope is yeast. semi-clear yellow/orange with white foam. My friend brought his first 5l brew with him to roskilde festival in a barrel, the pouring thingy didn’t work so we had to pour it out without any carbonation. That brew was similar to this one, flavor and palate wise. it doesn’t taste bad, but it doesn´t taste like great craft beer either. Label says "not two brews are the same" i read "we have no idea what quality control means". When i opened the bottle and went around to do something else, the beer went slowly up the bottle and down on my nice new kitchen, and down along the shelf. I noticed when i head the sound of splashing water.
Palate is strange. like very fine sand-in water. Overall i have to give points for it being drinkable - but it doesn’t sort of hint of a great brew(er).
this beer is drinkable, and tastes better than some stuff out there. KimJohansen (3259), Copenhagen V, Denmark Jun 2, 2008 Clear deep golden with tiny white head. Aroma is malty with caramel notes. Sweet peachy flavor with turfy and caramel notes. Bragesnak (1208), Aarhus, Denmark May 2, 2008 From Superbrugsen, Aarhus, DK.
Bottled.
Unbalanced but with notes of smoke and yeasty fruitiness saxo (2153), Højbjerg, Aarhus, Denmark Apr 15, 2008 Bottle. Large head with short duration. Very lively initially. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits and citrus with notes of smoke.
