Biolyt, Aarhus, DK Bottled, Dec. 2006. Some malt but the sweetness is overwhelmed by a tangy flavor.

Bottle. Volcano-beer. Murky, orange-golden with a surprisingly small head, beige-colored, for a beer that eager to get out of the bottle. The nose is acidic and sour, but there’s also a sweetish, caramel-like element and some hops. Sour, caramel-ish flavor with a little nuttiness and some spicy hops. Medium body, astringent and sweet in the mouth. Alcohol, sugar and some hops in the finish. After some sips, I sort of got used to the sourness, but it didn’t taste good anyway. (070711)

Bottle. Cloudy amber colour with a weak head. Sweet aroma of caramel and some fruit. Also sweet flavour of caramel very unbalanced and ends up very sweet and alcoholic.

Nice orangy ale, sweet taste. The nuts aren’t very strong, more of a caramel flavour.
