Jul 27, 2007 Bottle. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is sour, caramel, apple. flavour is sour, caramel, apple, hop, spices.

Jul 11, 2007 Bottle. Volcano-beer. Murky, orange-golden with a surprisingly small head, beige-colored, for a beer that eager to get out of the bottle. The nose is acidic and sour, but there’s also a sweetish, caramel-like element and some hops. Sour, caramel-ish flavor with a little nuttiness and some spicy hops. Medium body, astringent and sweet in the mouth. Alcohol, sugar and some hops in the finish. After some sips, I sort of got used to the sourness, but it didn’t taste good anyway. (070711)

Mar 29, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy amber colour with a weak head. Sweet aroma of caramel and some fruit. Also sweet flavour of caramel very unbalanced and ends up very sweet and alcoholic.
