Pours dark ruby colour with small, disappearing head. Aroma is sweetish with syrupy notes, some berries and malty notes. Flavour is sweet and malty with sticky syrupy notes, some caramel and sugar. One oversweet Czech dunkel.

Bottle. The other, other Budweiser. Pours dark, clear brown with a tan head. There’s far too much sweetness to this one. IT comes across a bit like cheap drinking chocolate. Not good enough.

Dermi (628) - Helsinki, FINLAND - FEB 10, 2012
50 cl, bottled. Pours clear red with a beautiful creamy (love the colour) head. Aroma: Toasted malt, coffee most certainly. Taste: Medium sweet, lacks bitterness. Coffee continues in flavour. Toffee. Palate: Light-medium body, quite slippery. Low carbonation. Mild acidic tone in the end. Pretty decent.

Metalchopz (2287) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 1, 2012
4.7% ABV version from the SAQ, in a green bottle. Wow... beautiful roasted malt nose with some light smoke and nuts. Colour is a clear copper with a creamy off-white cap, decent lasting with some good thick lacing. The taste is on the sweet side though, not showing much of the roasted malt. Second sip seems less sweet, almost watery. The smell disappears as well, but when you swirl your glass, some nice aromas come back, even a bit of coffee. Too bad the flavours are not present. Just some dull malt and this sweetness that comes and goes.
