Draft at Epcot food and wine festival 2011. Poured hazy dark straw toward copper with off-white head. Nose was caramel malt, lemongrassy hops, florals, tropical fruit. Tasted as it smelled, with a solid complexity and malt bill that complemented the hops, giving an overall flavor that reminded me of Two Hearted bugt a bit more wheaty and peppery.

I got this at EPCOT a while back ago. it was very rich with dark sweet malts and a very straight forward flavor with toffee and nuts. this one of the best.

On draft at Epcot Food & Wine 2011. Deep amber beer, a bit cloudy, with an off-white head. Aromas of floral, and pine hops along with something sweet. Tastes of malts, biscuit, some caramel, toffee, lots of pine/spruce hops. Very hoppy without being overwhelming. Ends on a bitter, woody taste. Medium bodied, yet easy drinking. Very nice example of an American strong ale.

Interesting Brew. Reddish brown pour with a nose of caramel malts and orange peel. Flavor of caramel, sugar, pine and hop and a splash of grapefruit. There is toffee, caramel, citrus hops, and a touch of fruit. The finish is a bitter -sweet finish. I liked it.

Sampled at Epcot food and wine festival 2011. The aroma has both malt and hops in a plentiful way and maintains balance. There is toffee, caramel, citrus hops, and a touch of fruit. The appearance is deep amber with a medium head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is smooth. Overall one of the best beers from this brewer.
