COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Samuel Adams New World Tripel: Pale gold in color, this ale is big, flavorful and complex. A special Belgian yeast strain adds tropical fruit and spice notes to the crisp dry ale, while Saaz hops add a subtle herbal note.

pours golden with a big foamy head.very little lacing around my trappist glass.aroma is malty with banana, bubblegum.lemon zest and the oak is not as present as i though it would be.flavor is a little peppery with bubblegum coriander, banana and mango.full body with moderate carbonation and a slight bitter finish that ends with a hint of oak.pretty good triple but the oak is not as present as it should be.almost none in the aroma and the oak seems to be more noticable in the finish.overall its solid

Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. A bright golden beer that pours with a large foamy head. It has a zesty lemon and spicy pineapple and orange flavour, gentle vanilla and oak notes with biscuit and peach on the warming, spiced creamy finish. Excellent!

Solid tripel through and through. A bit less carbonated than the Old World varieties, and maybe a bit heavier in mouthfeel, too.

750ml->trappist. Orange-copper with thick frothy white head. A: Belgian yeast, coriander, grass, citrus peel. T: spicy citrus, yeast, bright dark fruit (interesting). Decent, but touch too sweet.

Really nice for a Samuel Adams. This really is its own category though. The nicest thing about this...what u smell is what u get.

Rich apricot golden colour. I liked sudsy-good description of the head. Stewed fruits and banana candy aroma with the hunt of spices. Complex palate very rich and warming. Nice beer

Purchased one year ago, stashed in the basement since then. Cork loosened, then boomised! Poured a vibrant gold with a massive white that just sat there. Among reminded me of my mother’s pineapple upside down cake, taste was even better. This was an an easy drinking brew that will sneak up on you. I was surprised I liked it so much. Way to go Boston Beer Co!!!!!

This is a pleasant beer, perhaps the most approachable of the Barrel Collection project. The pour is a vibrant gold with a sudsy head and a ton of carbonation. The aroma is light. The taste displays bread and crackers in the malt and a wonderful light spice and bitterness to the finish. It is a good tripel, but Samuel Adams is a distant second in their own area to Mystic Brewery when it comes to Belgian styles.
