3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Impressive tight-bubbled head that leaves extensive lace. Very cloudy with a orange-gold color--it glows in front of a bright light.
Lots of wheat and wild grains in the aroma. Very little Belgian yeast aroma, surprisingly. Blindfolded, I would think Wit.
Similar tastes to the smell, except for a notable alcohol presence. This is deceptively potent. Lots of carbonation with a moderate body--makes it seem thinner than it is truly is. The aftertaste is slightly sour with more of the distinctive wheat.
This could be describe as an extreme Wit. It does not remind me of a Tripel, which is far more malty and sweet.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
This is my first tripel style beer. The New World Tripel has a surprisingly smooth finish for the ABV. The beer is very aromatic with a malty taste and a citrus finish. This is a complex beer with an overall great flavor. After trying this tripel, Iíll definitely try others.

750 ml bottle shared by?? Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium plus sized white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, candi sugar, nice fruity notes, some herbal quality, mild peppery spice. Crisp and clean. Not too bad from these guys.

4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Whoa, serious tripel! Cork was one of the most difficult ever. Had a good pop. Poured at a good temperature with a large, thick, foamy, cream-colored head that lasts a while and some lace. Color is a clear amber with lots of bubble trails. Aroma is a volatile blend of malt, fruit, spice, hop. Flavor is like nose, mildly sweet with good carbonic tang and a little bitter to balance very nicely. Body is full and is dominated by fine sparkling wine style carbonation that adds an elegant dimension. Finish is like flavor, fairly long, has some alcohol warmth and is a true pleasure to sip. A masterpiece! Be fun to cook with if I didnít drink it all.

Bottle. Pours a pale golden color with thick frothy white head. Great carbonation, the bubbles went on forever. Even for the last glass that was about an hour after I opened it. Fruit, yeast, spice and honey aromas. Lots of fruit and yeast flavors with hints of honey. Smooth semi sweet finish with a light body.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
750ml bottle, cellar aged for approx. 1 year. Aroma of tropical fruit and floral sweetness, honeyish, estery and lightly peppery with notes of banana, melon, pear, faint dough, vanilla and a touch of alcohol in the background. Hazy light-medium golden in color, with a lasting, foamy, off-white head and plenty of lace, some slight sediment in the final pour. Flavor profile is malty, sweet, fruity and spicy, floral and somewhat tropical in character, some peppery alcohol making its appearance towards the finish, which also features suggestions of clove, banana, melon and a tinge of hop bitterness. Palate is finely but actively carbonated with a moderately coating, heavy feel and a full body. Interesting stuff, certainly not a bad take on the style.
