This is a crazy one. It pours and drinks like coke. It smells very caramelly and brown sugary. One of the best noses Iíve had. The taste is similar to the nose with a little fruity and a lot of effervescence.

Bottle. Black pour with minimal head. Aroma is sweet dark fruit. Candy flavors. Rich and complex. Different and interesting.

Pours a deep brownish black from the bottle worth thin bubbly tan head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma is slight sour acetic over chocolate and roast. Taste is slightly sour chocolate milk, sweet and lactic, Belgian yeast and spicy esters over take as it warms the back of your tongue.

100th rating! Pours a dark copper from the bottle. Aroma is of dark chocolate, cherry, and some slight citrusiness. Flavor is chocolate and...A1 sauce I swear! A little vinegary, a fair amount of sweetness. I feel like this was trying to choose between a Belgian ale and an imperial stout and wasnít able too. Good beer.

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2015 750 ml shared with dad that he bought at the brewery A: red fruits, cherries/vinous, chocolate, roasted notes, spices. App: black beige head. T/p: med body with moderate long acidic finish. Moderate too high carbonation. O: great. A bit surprised by this sourness on that one. An interesting sip you canít feel the 9% at all

Poured from the bottle into a glass. Pours a dark brown with a foamy white head. Aroma consists of dark fruits, chocolate, Belgian yeast, and bubblegum. Taste has a sour feel too it with a lot of focus on the yeast. Medium bodied beer with heavy carbonation and a chewy mouth feel. I was not a big fan of this beer.

Samuel Adams Thirteenth Hour Stout is probably the best of the bunch (Barrel Room Collection). Pours dark and flat -- not a hint of fizz. Moderate aroma of oak and bourbon. Mouthfeel is thick and syrupy. Taste has notes of smooth bourbon without being too boozy mixed with caramel and a hint of coffee and chocolate notes. Thirteenth Hour is a pleasant pour although you may not think stout when you drink it.

Bottle. Brown pour with off white head. Smells of slight dark malts, sweet and a little sour. Wouldn't have guessed this was a stout. Slight sour after taste. Different but not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

25.4 oz bottle. Aroma: boozy, malty, fruity, and skunky, with hints of cherry, plum, cough syrup, grape soda, and licorice. Taste/Palate: tart, sweet, and crisp; finishes slightly astringent.

Cherry boozy. Spicy musty. Looks fine. Brown. Like legit brown. Taste is spicy. Hebacious. Not really roasty. Cherry. Medicinal. Palate is light and dry. Overall tastes like drinking bitters. So hebacious. Not balanced to me.
