(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy deep red body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of raisins, molasses, dates, and Belgian yeast. Flavor of raisins, plum, vinous, light sourness, and Belgian yeast.

CBC @Sam Adams-on tap-pours a light tan head and dark copper color. Aroma is medium malt, tart fruit. Taste is sweet medium malt, tart fruit, herbal hops, wood, yeast. Good effervescence.
