COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A fresh take on a fruit beer. This crisp, unfiltered lager is aged on blueberries for a pleasant blueberry aroma and taste. To take this fruity character in a new direction,we brewed with Tettnang Noble hops for an added subtle citrus note. A delicious blend of flavors with a smooth lager finish.

Strong blueberry aroma, pours a hazy light amber with a ring of white head. Really strong blueberry flavor, with a touch of sweetness. If you like sweet fruit beers, youíll probably like this much more then I do.

Tasted like I was drinking a bowl of Fruit Loops. Just not a verry good fruit beer. Pretty disgusting.

Bottle by OCT. On crown removal, heavy, intense blueberry aroma, and kudos to these guys, itís pretty natural and jammy, not artificial. Excitable, very dense cream colored head on a slightly hazy, sickly golden body. Taste reduces the blueberry to a conspirator rather than the focus, more generic yeasty-bready Sammy golden lager taste than anything. Smooth medium body, very light touches of spice and citrus, pretty good for an American blueberry-based beer, but thatís about where the compliments end.

Pours light yellow with some head. Aroma is dominated by blueberry and a bit of faint citrus. Taste follows suit and a crisp finish. Great beer for hot summer days

Bottle. Pours hazy bright gold with 1-finger clingy off-white head. Nose is ple malt, blueberries, hopcitrus. Tastes of bready pale malt, somewhat sweet, with a decent blueberry flavor throughout, but some cohesion and balance issues.

Bottle from a mixed 12 pack poured a dark golden in color with a thin coat of white head. Aroma has sweet blueberry, grains, and grape gum. Mouth feel is medium light and the carbonation average. Flavor is a bit medicinal on the berry, grains, lager malts, and a light bitterness on the finish.

Bottle at home from Summer Variety Pack. Blueberry muffin aroma. Tastes of soft blueberry candy, artificial, doesnít taste like fresh blueberries at all. The finish is crisp with some husky lagerish grains and a bit of bitterness. Not sweet, which is nice. Mixed feelings on this one.

This is probably the first drinkable blueberry beer Iíve had. The aroma isnít too creamy or funky and the body, while clearly tasting of blueberries, is subtle enough. Decent.
