3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
4 oz. from bottle at a Sam Adams dinner/beer pairing benefit at Old Line Wine’s The Bistro in Beltsville, MD. Very hazy, gold/straw color with an off-white head and very good lacing. Aroma of blueberries, honey, wheat and waffles. Taste of blueberries, honey, wheat, mild herbal hops and waffles. Medium/light body and medium carbonation. One of the better blueberry beers I have tasted. It paired well with peppery spicy hot food. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sometimes I think my scores for fruit beers are a little high and maybe not really indicative of my level of enjoyment. The reason being is that it is apparently fairly easy to make a fruit beer smell nice and not as easy to make it taste good. Here is a good case in point - smells like fresh blueberries with a whiff of citrus. Flavor is closer to Blueberry breakfast cereal, though. Kinda artificial.

2.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Not bad, but not quite the fruity blueberry flavor you might be expecting. Sunset Wheat has more flavor, but this is more hearty. Decent beer worthy of periodic consumption, not an Oscar-Worthy performance.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
From the mix pack shared with Pete. Totally blueberry pop tart. And clean watred down lager. Not all that great, but not horrible. A little like their cherry wheat. Meh.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz. Clear golden with a half inch of lasting foam. Pleasant aroma of blueberry with a squeeze of lemon and a touch of dry grass. Taste is blueberry and toast on the front, with a nice dose of citrus and crisp grass, and a touch of mint on the finish. Light body is smooth with medium carbonation and finishes crisp and hoppy-dry enough to make this fruit beer work well as a summer session beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear dark gold with a half finger of white head. Aroma is blueberry muffin. Bready with dried blueberrys. Taste is medium sweet. Again, blueberry muffin. Medium bodied with a decently thick texture. Lively carbonation and sa long, fruity finish. Overall, not bad. This would be great for outside drinkin.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a light amber color with a white head. Aroma is mostly blueberries with some grassy tones and caramel malts. Flavor is also predominately blueberries with not much else. Only a slight hint of some bitterness on the finish from the citrus hops.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A murky dark golden color with a white head. Aroma contains well blueberries of course and some grassy notes. The flavor is quite dry with blueberries and citrus showing up. There is some sweetness but not much and a hint of bitterness also. Overall this is a pretty good session beer.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a hazed golden... short lasting white head... decent spotty lacing.
The nose delivers... essence of blueberry cobbler.
Plenty of berry presence on the palate, but thankfully isn’t sweet at all.. instead a slightly doughy maltiness delivers the berries.
Body is light and effervescent..
Pretty damn drinkable surprisingly.. Not a "girl beer" by any stretch, but a pretty respectable fruit beer.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy, gold with a frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly. Smells exactly like a blueberry pancake/muffin, with undertones of orange/citrus. Taste is lightly sweet with a hint of bitterness. Flavors of hops and citrus. The blueberry only comes through in the finish, and even then, just barely. Body is medium with a creamy texture. This is an okay, blueberry beer, but I’ve had much better.
