Pours golden with and orangish tint and a glorious head that is off white and lasts more than 4 minutes. Aroma of faint malt, grass , hops, hay, and cream. Taste is, Wow, this beer is delicious! Taste is of light, bitter malt, hops, cream and straw. The ale is not overly carbonated and maintains an appropriate level of carbonation throughout the duration of the drink. This would go great with a steak like Dean Martin gos with Franky Sinatra. Drinking this beer on the farm makes me feel happy. Robust finish, leaves a sensation an the tongue and a sweet grass aftertaste in the mouth.

Aug 19, 2008 Pours a clear orangey color with a thick cream colored head. Aggressive hoppy aroma that can be smelled from over a foot away! Upon closer inspection, you can smell some malt and graininess as well. Roasty flavor, not unlike their Oktoberfest, but lighter on the tongue. Metallic hops and fruit in the after taste. Smooth drinking.

Aug 18, 2008 Not quite as common as the Boston Lager, this beer possesses everything good and memorable about medium-bodied American ales. Good body, pleasant hop flavor and smooth to the last drop.

does not count  Aug 16, 2008 Light brown color with a nice head. Floral, malty, maybe a little alcohol smell. Malty with a some hop flavor, a little alcohol, and a little bitter finish. Slight sticky sweet aftertaste. Somewhere between a light and medium body. Pretty well balance. I like this beer.

Aug 16, 2008 Thick off-white head on an reddis amber body. Fruity, a bit sweet, hints of caramel, well balanced, a pleasure to drink at any time.
