Chapel (329), Levittown, New York, USA Sep 2, 2007 Deep amber pour with an off white fizzy head. Aroma is a distinct roasted with a slight hop balance. Flavor has a slightly sweet but not overly strong caramel maltiness with a very slight hop character on the finish. Palate is some what milky. chadcs (76), Westminster, South Carolina, USA Sep 1, 2007 Dark Brown color. medium carbonation, wasn’t overly impressed with this one. Maybe brown ale isn’t to my liking. Just couldn’t finish this one. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Name: Brown Ale

Smmoth on the tongue with a clean finish. jeg (115), Austin, Texas, USA Aug 25, 2007 Pleasant aroma and nutty taste - aftertaste was very sweet. Toasted malty aroma but not hoppy enough. BBC has several better beers than this one. CasperQuaffer (142), Casper, Wyoming, USA Aug 25, 2007 Pours late autumn leaf brown, with a medium length head. Aroma is brown sugar sweet with a hint of garden herbs. Has a full tongue feel and a pleasing flavor with good hop balance. Goes down smoothly, but a little of a sweet aftertaste.
