rodneykm (109), Westminster, South Carolina, USA Dec 27, 2007 Updated: Aug 13, 2008The aroma was awesome. Nice cherry smell to it and I had high hopes going in. It wasn’t bad...but a little too much cherry for me. Got to love Sam for putting stuff like this out. popdoggy (100), USA Dec 24, 2007 Jeez, cherry wheat is a decent beer. there seems to be alot of haters of sam here, but i like this for a wheat beer. . pineypower (1077), Pine Barrens, New Jersey, USA Dec 23, 2007 Pours out clear mostly dark golden color with a nice black cherry aroma. Taste is light on the palate, mostly dark cherries, slight malt going on. Better than I expected. troopie (851), USA Dec 23, 2007 Bottle. Poured red tinged amber with foamy white head that dissipated rapidly. Aroma of citrus and cherries. Thin flavour, with more cherries and not much else. Bitter cherry finish. I can’t rave about this, nor damn it either. oteyj (716), Canterbury, New Hampshire, USA Dec 23, 2007 Pours a hazy light amber with quickly diminishing head. Nose of sweet cherries and malt. Flavour was too artificial and the cherry was overpowering and forced. BEERGUY007 (206), Scotia, New York, USA Dec 22, 2007 I loved it. It’s one to enjoy once in a while, not a bunch at once. Golden color with a white head that disappears. Smells of cherries and has a great cherry taste. here’s what I have to say..cherry wheat, what a treat! JimTuna (19), USA Dec 20, 2007 A nice cherry flavor. Like many fruit flavored beers, it is best with a meal, and in small doses. DrPiva (90), Alabama, USA Dec 17, 2007 A beer many either love or hate - certainly a nice malty cherry flavor. Certainly not a Framboise but in a way a mass produced watered down (in taste) replica.
