COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crisp & lively, the hazy smoothness of this unfiltered White Ale is roused by the crackling of spring spices. From a hint of sweetness from orange peel & plum to the peppery bite of fresh ground coriander, the subtle blend of spices creates just the right refreshing kick to signal that spring is on its way. Cheers!

Wasnít real sure what to make of this but it was a pretty good brew. Faint taste of citrus. It didnít have that after taste that some ales have...very smooth finish. In fishermanís terms, definitely a keeper!

A decent little shoulder seasonal. Poured a slightly medium gold hazy. In the mouth there are pleasant spices. Not a world beater, but tasty enough.

Poured hazy orange color with a foamy white head. Aroma has lots of orange notes with yeast and wheat. Taste is sweet with good malty flavors. Citrus and other fruity flavors. Balance is a bit off. Aftertaste is very creamy and slightly like cardboard. Overall itís ok.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a thick, well retained, off white head, over cloudy gold (SRM 5) body.....nose is light cereal malts, heavy coriander, light vanilla notes, minimal herbal hops, balance to the coriander.....taste is heavy coriander, with orange type citrus notes, light cereal malts, minimal hops, almost light pepper, balance to the coriander......mouth feel, light of medium body, no alcohol, moderate carbonation. This is a very very coriander dominated beer, making for great simplicity in both aromas and flavors. It is not particularly interesting, nor enjoyable. BJCP 6/3/11/4/5

Enjoyed it! Nice soft golden color and the spices were well balanced. Nutty and toasted flavors on the back end.

12 oz bottle, poured into a tulip glass at approximately 40 degrees F. A: Pours an orange-tinted gold so cloudy that one cannot even see the shadow of their fingers on the other side of the glass. Forms a thin, short-lived pale head which becomes a ring rather quickly. S: The aroma is reminiscent of a spiced, mulled orange juice, with heavy citrus notes shot through with coriander and herbal spiciness. Thereís a very faint touch of funk as well, as though that orange juice were a bit past its expiration date. T: Sour, tart citrus rolls through the palate with this beer, a mix of orange and grapefruit, both more sour than sweet as if a shade underripe. Thereís a heavy dose of coriander as well, staying solidly level from opening to finish, and a faint aura of funk drifting by in the background. As the beer warms, the taste profile remains the same, oddly enough. M: Light, lively, and inviting to drink quickly, this is a refreshing wheat beer. O: Not a bad take on a witbier, if a bit less complex than Iíd prefer.

This is one of those witbiers that has way too much corriander in it and hence tastes like Fruity Pebbles. It is cloudy orange in the glass--bit too dark for a standard wit if you care about that--and itís head is small and of fine bubbles. Smells like coriander and the grain character is something like Capín Crunch. This is actually not all together unpleasant if I am being completely honest. Itís got a pleasing fullness of body and mild carbonation which works w/ the combination of flavors. If you are looking for a beer that you can easily compare to childrenís cereal, youíve found your brew.

Cloudy, golden-orange, white head, creamy head, and decent lacing. Lemon, wheat, orange peel, coriander spice aroma. Medium bodied, silky, wheat, spice, orange, watery, and lite bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
