Crisp & lively, the hazy smoothness of this unfiltered White Ale is roused by the crackling of spring spices. From a hint of sweetness from orange peel & plum to the peppery bite of fresh ground coriander, the subtle blend of spices creates just the right refreshing kick to signal that spring is on its way. Cheers!

UPDATED: FEB 17, 2014 Pours a hazy yellow hue with a frothy white cap and thick lacing. Aroma is very yeasty with some orange peel and grain. Flavor is orange peel and wheat. Medium body, very little carbonation, sticky mouthfeel. Good beer but it doesn’t stand out in a crowd.

Appearance holds a cloudy yellow orange color supporting a dissipating head. Smell of the citrus, wheat, mild malt, hop and spice. Taste follows the aroma having a citrus spiciness to it. Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. Seem to make for a nice seasonal session.

The aroma is metallic and yeasty with malt fruit and spice. The appearance is hazy gold with a large head. The taste is like the aroma but not as metallic. The palate is smooth. Overall very drinkable and bordering on very good but just a tad junky.

Light yellow in color. Aroma of coriander and orange peel. Taste is the same. A nice refreshing summeresk beer meant to drink in the winter.

Poured a cloudy yellow color with aromas of orange peel, wheat and coriander. Flavors matched the aromas, it seems like the majority of Sam Adams wit beers are all the same.

In a bottle. The aroma was almost overwhelming lemon with a very sweet aftertaste. Ok but not great for a white ale.

On tap at a Pensacola Texas Roadhouse while we waited on our table with my mom. Good times. Pours cloudy bright n’ light gold. Some nice orange peel and coriander kick in the nose and aroma. Solid wheat presence with a sharp yeasty bite. Nice one!

Pours a cloudy murky orange with about a finger and a half of stark white, rapidly dissipating head. Strong lemongrass and orange zest in the nose. Effervescent mouthfeel, Lightly sweet, citrus taste that fades into a grassy bitterness. It’s just okay

Bottle in a bar at Ohare Airport, Chicago. Malty peppery aroma, black pepper, hay, yeasty notes, some citrus and grass. Malty caramel flavor, pepper, caramel, peach, passion fruit, coriander, some salt. Different but not that bad.
