COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crisp & lively, the hazy smoothness of this unfiltered White Ale is roused by the crackling of spring spices. From a hint of sweetness from orange peel & plum to the peppery bite of fresh ground coriander, the subtle blend of spices creates just the right refreshing kick to signal that spring is on its way. Cheers!

12 oz bottle poured into a shaker. The aroma is a combination of a yeasty / doughy quality with some citrus, spice, baked bread, stone fruit, and pepper. It pours a hazy gold yellow with a white fluffy head. The head dissipates to a thinnish layer atop the beer. It does leave a light lace on the way down. The taste is a medium sweetness with a light bitter, pretty much reflecting the aroma. The medium bodied beer is creamy with a soft carbonation and a clean, dry, crisp finish. There’s a light lemon-citrus aftertaste that does linger for awhile, but is mellow.

On tap at the beer Mecca know as Red Robins. Easy to drink but a bit gassy. Orange, banana, etc. really clean. Thankfully light on the banana. 8 bucks. This cost me eight dollars.

Draft. Surprisingly weak entry from SA. Very muted nose. Below average carbonation. Thin mouth feel. The first SA product I’ve tasted that lacked the intrinsic caramel toasted hop core that signifies SA beers and ales. Send this one back!

On tap at The Chateau. Aroma is moderately floral. Decent sized white head with moderate duration. Good lacing and hazy gold color. Medium fruity sweetness dominates the bitterness of the hops with soft carbonation and medium body. Decent finish. Overall, a pretty decent above average beer.

On tap in the local pizza place. Followed a hoppy brew, so that may have killed everything. Tangy. Some light fruit with some spice. Light to medium bodied - thought a pale. 12.2

2015-03-07. Murky orange body, small white head. 3+ flavour is interesting, sort of bitter mild spice, mild citrusy undertones. On the sweet side overall. Aroma is similar, sweetish muddled citrus and light spice. Smooth average plus body soft carbonation. Simple but decent. On tap at Ruby Tuesday, Williamsport PA.
