Crisp & lively, the hazy smoothness of this unfiltered White Ale is roused by the crackling of spring spices. From a hint of sweetness from orange peel & plum to the peppery bite of fresh ground coriander, the subtle blend of spices creates just the right refreshing kick to signal that spring is on its way. Cheers!

First swallow is Okay, especially spicy along the outer edges of the tongue, but it then fades quickly into a sudden and dry finish that leaves a not-so-pleasant targeted bitterness of a spice note that is like an unpleasant medicine.

Ha ha, there’s a reason words like "weird" and "candy" keep coming up. There’s something particular to the style about it. Not horrible, though.

Kind of gross. Tasted like candy. Like there was some artificial flavors in there.

On tap at Bishops Arms in Örebro. Weird smell, like fructose, a fruity and artificial smell. Similar taste with citrus in the finish. Very odd, like they added fructose, a type of candy I had as a kid. Or maybe it just is some kind of citrus. Not my kind of beer, I ended up not finishing my 2 DL sample.

BBD 6/16. Pours a hazy gold. Outstanding head volume, quite outstanding retention and world class lacing. Very good nose of complex light fruit (that contains pear), light coriander and a biscuit base. Heavy light body that is smooth. Normal carbonation level with a bit of effervescence in the middle and a fair burst in the finish. Solid carbonation / body balance. The flavor profile is good. The flavors of the nose make an appearance, but nothing really pops. In short, this is solid but a bit bland. It leads with a blended light fruit flavor that is rather crisp over a solid grainy biscuit. The middle provides a light snap of herbal bitterness with strong floral aspects. Coriander makes an insignificant appearance near the finish. The finish is clean.

Not a very good wit. The spices are underwhelming, even a bit stale. The aroma is malty and strangely unappealing.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazed orange with a small, quickly dissipating white head. Mild lacing. Aroma of citrus and orange peel. Flavor is dominated by coriander and orange. Mild spiciness and yeast notes. Light bodied with above average carbonation. Finishes with light spiciness.

Pours a light golden amber color. Aromas of citrus/coriander/some hops. I not big a beers with coriander like tastes.

Draught. Smooth, watery with light fruit notes and a touch of bubblegum. Wildly unexciting aroma and flavour.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy, golden orange, with a tight, white, frothy head that dissipates very slowly. Aromas of lemon and orange. It’s lightly sweet with flavors of lemon, orange, and a hint of spice. It’s a bit thick and oily on the tongue, with a short, slightly-bitter finish. Overall, this is just a "meh" beer, that really doesn’t entice me to ever buy it again.. I’ve had much better beers from Samuel Adams, and would gladly buy them instead.
