Orange in colour - no real red hues as others describe. Has the cheap artifical fruit nose but it’s kinda fun. Cranbeery fruit, almost cordial like and spritzy carbonation. Lambic notes but done very lightly, again almost feels artifical. I think from what I read many others don’t really get this beer. it’s not a great interpretation of the style but no where near as bad as many suggest. Open minds people. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jan 22, 2009 Bottle. Pour was a very reddish amber with mild carbonation. Aroma was bitter with a little noticable berry. Flavor was berry with a little funky yeast on the finish. An ok macro fruit beer, but not much better than that. jkwalking05 (1483), Arlington, Texas, USA

Flavors of cranberry, light cookie and a hint of spice with a smooth cranberry finish. Not lambic like in any strtch of the imagination! johnnyoski (160), Macomb, Michigan, USA

Pours a cloudy reddish color with an off white, almost pinkish head. Sour yeasty smell with a hint of tart berries. Initial taste isn’t too bad, light bodied with some sweetness. Then the tart cranberry juice kicks in and leaves you with an unpleasant puckering finish. A funny aftertaste lingers for a while making things even worse. It took some determination to finish the whole bottle. Botnik (107), Carrollton, Texas, USA

I tasted this out of the Winter 12-pack and after the first sip, not only poured the rest out but popped the second one and dumped that too. Smells of cranberry but tastes kinda like throwing up red wine, sorry to get so graphic. Taste this at your own risk!
