greenleaf (90), Florida, USA May 4, 2008 12oz bottle. This beer would take some getting used to. WHile it is a lambic and very far out of the american range of beers, it can not compare to its belgium brothers and sister. Overall, a boo. mclovin80 (11), Buffalo, New York, USA Apr 27, 2008 It’s full of flavor, but I just simply didn’t like the flavor. Very sour. Worst of the bunch in the winter pack. obguthr (986), Poquoson, Virginia, USA Apr 23, 2008 Yeasty apple and banana nose. Clear amber with a thick billowy white head. Tastefully sour with a sweet kiss of applecore. Subdued cilantro finish. Watery cider, poor lambic. Ungstrup (14754), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 22, 2008 Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of cranberries, but also a light acidity. The flavor is sweet combined with hints of acidity and notes of dusty hops and cranberries. Far from a lambic. BlackDonald (1127), Boise, Idaho, USA Apr 21, 2008 Oh god this was horrid. Not even close to being a lambic. It has that flavor like someone drop a fizzy alka seltzer tablet in my club soda. One’e for bladder infections, one’s for getting drunk, I don’t want to be standing in my kitchen during the hockey playoffs tasting cranberry. mountainforest (111), Edinburgh, Scotland Apr 16, 2008 As much as I like Samuel Adams and the city it represents, this hard cranberry drink is terrible. Cranberries are cool, beer is cool... but not together. I still have the aftertaste in my mouth, four years later. Only got because it was in a holiday variety pack. MesandSim (5790), London, Greater London, England Apr 11, 2008 A Mes rate: Bottle at Tom’s UGT Pt. 2.My god this was awful. Rather univiting cloudy light brown and it gets worse from there. Really nasty pukey sweet caramel. I couldn’t smell it without feeling like I was going to gip. Undrinkable. changeup45 (782), Orlando, Florida, USA Apr 8, 2008 Updated: Sep 9, 2008This was part of a variety pack I recently purchased. Interesting but nothing I’d really look forward to trying again. Copper color topped with a small head. Malty, berry aroma. Just a little bit of lace forms on the glass. This is too much like soda water for me and quite sour. I guess that’s the cranberries I’m tasting. Not much else to it.
