The aroma is sweet with primary notes of cranberries, but also a light acidity. The flavor is sweet combined with hints of acidity and notes of dusty hops and cranberries. Far from a lambic. | 1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/20 | Apr 21, 2008 Oh god this was horrid. Not even close to being a lambic. It has that flavor like someone drop a fizzy alka seltzer tablet in my club soda. One’e for bladder infections, one’s for getting drunk, I don’t want to be standing in my kitchen during the hockey playoffs tasting cranberry. mountainforest (111), Edinburgh, Scotland
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 3/5 | 1/10 | 5/5 | 3/20 | Apr 16, 2008 As much as I like Samuel Adams and the city it represents, this hard cranberry drink is terrible. Cranberries are cool, beer is cool... but not together. I still have the aftertaste in my mouth, four years later. Only got because it was in a holiday variety pack. | 1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 1/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Apr 11, 2008 A Mes rate: Bottle at Tom’s UGT Pt. 2.My god this was awful. Rather univiting cloudy light brown and it gets worse from there. Really nasty pukey sweet caramel. I couldn’t smell it without feeling like I was going to gip. Undrinkable. changeup45 (788), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Apr 8, 2008 Updated: Sep 9, 2008This was part of a variety pack I recently purchased. Interesting but nothing I’d really look forward to trying again. Copper color topped with a small head. Malty, berry aroma. Just a little bit of lace forms on the glass. This is too much like soda water for me and quite sour. I guess that’s the cranberries I’m tasting. Not much else to it. Zinister (1199), Houston, Texas, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Apr 1, 2008 Foam Rangers tasting. Gold color with small white head. Aroma of sugared cranberries and malt. Flavor is weakened cranberries and weak beer. Ugh. M0RHI (1067), Luxembourg, Luxembourg
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Mar 31, 2008 Bottle at Magic_dave6’s disco dance tasting. Hazy golden yellow, thin white head. Nose is sweet cranberry, sugary mouth, sweet and yeasty. Some raspberry and cranberry ocean spray. Sweet, some yeasty wood. Totally rubbish. padrefan98 (788), (San Diego) Santee, California, USA
