| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Nov 22, 2007 Bottle. Pours a reddish hue with a pinkish white head. The cranberry definitely comes through in the nose. Tartish fruit taste which still allows the malt flavor. I expected this to be horrible, and while not great, I was pleasantly surprised. djd07 (733), Houston, Texas, USA

The aroma is a malty cranberry. decent lacing on the glass. The taste is a malty fruit with a sweet finish. My first fruit beer and it was meh. junon (215), Honolulu, Hawaii, USA

Smells sweet and tastes mildly tart. Not as over powering as more exotic Lambics which made it tolerable for me. mcox90 (624), Wilton, USA

Pours a reddish tinged yellow with small white head. Nose was mild cranberry. Flavor was better than expected what with low average rating. Taste was tart cranberry with some wheat background. More acidic than the beers I usually drink. Not bad, although I wouldn’t seek it out. buckybeer (666), Eau Claire, Wisconsin, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 18, 2007 A nice looking pour with a big active head. Aroma is sweet cranberry. Flavor is much better than I expected. The cranberry stands out nicely and blends well with the wheat. An interesting cranberry aftertaste remains. The fruit pretty much covers the wheat flavors but they are there. This is not really a lambic but it is a surprisingly nice fruit/wheat beer. GreatLibations (1441), Last Supper, Arizona, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 3/5 | 5/20 | Nov 17, 2007 Pours amber w/ a pink hue. A tall froth emerges as it’s poured and it stays there like a stubborn muledeer. Good sticky lacework. Aromas are tart and fruity. Medium nectar and almost flat. Very fruity w/ defined berries w/ a mild tartness. The finsh lingers a bit and stays fuity. It’s water and weak. jeg (115), Austin, Texas, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Nov 17, 2007 Reddish color, not too sweet (unlike some lambics), and and like the amount of cranberries - nough to taste without overwhelming. Not a true lambic, and the fall cranberry flavor didn’t really mesh as well with the summery wheaty texture and background. The total value is less than the sum of the individual parts here.
