jobyone (234), Charlotte, USA Nov 15, 2007 Pours amber with an off white head. THe aroma is sweet with definate hints of cranberries. Taste has some sourness but also sweetness. It is drinkable but has little real character. bmh4you (5), USA does not count Nov 14, 2007 the idea of a cranberry flavored beer sounded good, but this is a little too heavy on the cranberry. it almost tastes like a wine cooler to me.....not so good. molsonfan9000 (59), geneva, New York, USA Nov 14, 2007 Thin Head. Very clear readdish color. Smell is fruity. Taste is fruity. Not much reminded me that I was in fact drinking a beer. At this point im already drunk as i saved these two for last. Meh, I honestly wouldnt drink it if it wasnt part of the winter classics 12 pack. They should stick to the dark beers as thats what they seem to do well. Not a beer Id personally drink if it wasnt free, but hey, whos to judge? If ya like fruity beer then this may perhaps be right up your particular alley. timfoolery (482), California, USA Nov 13, 2007 Updated: Nov 25, 2007Quite a departure from my norm of porters and stouts. The cranberries are an excellent mix with wheat taste of hefeweizen. It reminded me of Sudwerk’s version of the hefe mixed with cranberry juice. Very good for the holidays, but I wouldn’t drink it year round. chadje (129), Pasadena, California, USA Nov 13, 2007 Pours a nice light orangish/copper color. Very sweet smelling of cranberry and a small head. Too sweet for me. puggy211 (576), cordova, Tennessee, USA Nov 12, 2007 pours, dark pink, with white head, slight fruity banana nose, high carb, fruity sour tang, pretty good for a mass produce beer. DTM (541), Winters, California, USA Nov 12, 2007 Pours an amber/orange color with a quickly disapating head. The taste of cranberry is present from start to finish, with a little bit of banana toward the end. You really have to like cranberries to enjoy this beer. Great for a fruit beer which is usually not my first choice. mmmbeer (737), Austin, Texas, USA Nov 11, 2007 From 2007 Holiday 12’er- poured with a light copper body, a head that went away when I had my back turned, aroma of berries, malt, and a hint of yeast. Hits the mouth with a sour note, cranberries are noticeable from start to finish. Good attempt at a lambic.
