Oct 7, 2007 10/06/2007: Samuel Adams Cranberry Lambic pours an amber color and has an off-white head. The aroma is lightly fruity (berry) with a touch of wheat malt and something sour. The flavor is also fruity and slightly tart. There is a good amount of wheat malt and flavor that helps to keep everything in balance. This beer has a medium body and an almost creamy texture. I wouldn’t necessarily drink this beer all the time, but I do find that I enjoy it every year around the holidays. I guess there is something about cranberries and the season...

Sep 29, 2007 Cloudy orange in color. Smells of cranberries and vineger. A little sour in the flavor. Dry and malty. A little fruit also.

Sep 21, 2007 12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Berry aroma and dry malty aroma. Sweet malty flavour, again with a berry flavour. Very sweet. Ends with a minor acidity breaking the sweetness.

Sep 19, 2007 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy, amber golden with a small, rough head. Weird aroma, slightly fruity I guess. Light-bodied and very sweet, again these weird, fruity notes while both bitterness and sourness is very subdued. Very odd and unusual beer. 180907

Sep 18, 2007 Had this beer on 12/4/2003. Aroma is a fruity sour wine like scent. Color is a clear orange amber with good carbonation and a thin head. Taste is all over with sour, tart and sweet tones. Starting with bold light body it goes down with a clean feel. The finish come on sweet then goes a touch sour and leaves you with a tart twang on the very end. Its very good but seems to be a bit light compared to other Lambics.
