Not much cranberry in the nose, mostly wheatlike aromas. Mildly tart, but I did not get the cranberry flavors until I was about halfway through the beer. Slightly sticky finish. OK for the holidays, I guess. Happy Thanksgiving, BTW! pantani (1902), Salinas, California, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Nov 23, 2004 Aroma is like the cherry wheat, but cranberry. Bubbly off-white head, peach body. Taste is watery cranberry, too sweet. jeffc666 (1898), Fairfax, Virginia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 10, 2004 Ok, so I am horribly biased. I have heard nothing but hideous things about this brew. But yet all of these hideous things I have heard have not had much to back them up, simply that this is a horrible beer. Well bottoms up. Clear sparkling amber body topped by a small white head. Lacing is quite nice. I was expecting something reddish but whatever. The aroma is light craberry, wheat, and light sourness. Not too bad so far. The flavor is lightly sour, lightly cranberry, medium malty with wheat notes. As it warms it becomes more sticky and the maple syrup comes through more as does the cranberry flavor. Very dry medium palate. Sourness is subdued but it is there. This is WAY better than I had expected. Hell i would drink more of it . Its certainly not an authentic lambic, more of a lambic for beginners. This beer gets an unduly bad rap because of the brewer! iowaherkeye (1893), Los Angeles, California, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Nov 10, 2007 12oz bottle, notched Best Before March (’08). Clear orange amber with a 1 1/2 finger creamy off-white head, good retention. Definitely some fruit in there, but I can’t say that it’d be cranberries. There is also burnt plastic, light buttery notes, and some dirty wheat that isn’t quite to the point of rotting. Flavor is buttery and fruity--seems a little more discernible as cranberries, but not quite. Paper is also present with a SA Cherry Wheat finish (plus the almost rotting wheat). This is a fairly sweet beer--I’m thankful for the fake fruity tartness to cut it. Burps burnt plastic. Medium body with moderate carbonation. More like Crapberry Lambic. emacgee (1892), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 24, 2006 Poured a golden crisp brew. The head was thin and off white. Smelled earthy, funky, and slightly tart. Tasted sour, tart, and had hints of cranberry. The palate was very crisp and bubbly. The finish was sour. The problem with this is the fact that its cranberry, I don’t think cranberry was a good idea for a lambic. Beerdedone (1888), Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA

Lasting eighth-inch of cream leaves some cottony lace. Aroma is of some sort of spiced, tart berry and slight metallic ozone. Flavor is ozone, tart berries, applesauce with spices, and a hint of cream. Some light wheat and spiced banana in the aftertaste. Light-medium body is acidic-tingly, a little too fizzy, and finishes almost dry. stegosaurus (1882), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA
