Samuel Adams® Cranberry Lambic is a fruit beer that draws its flavor not just from the cranberries it is brewed with, but also from the unique fermentation character imparted by the rare wild yeast strain. The result is a flavor rich in fruitiness and reminiscent of cranberries and bananas, cloves and nutmeg. The yeast fermentation also will create a slight sourness on the sides of the palate, a signature of the original Lambic style which, with the subtle cereal note from the wheat malt, remind its drinker that, as fruity a beer as this is, it is still a beer.

This beer is delicious, it’s light and flavorful. The crandberry is just enough in the beer to not over power but give you that fresh taste in your mouth, I enjoy it very much.

I love this brew. Not a HUGE fan of Samel Adams but this is a really good one. It’s festive, has a great taste, and easy to drink. I like this brew at room temperature rather than cold but either way, you can’t go wrong with this brew.

Was pleasantly surprised when I tried this in the Winter Variety pack. Pours a reddish tan color . The flavor really challenges the tastes buds. It starts ot with a sweet, fruity tastes and gives way to a unique, but not over done bitterness. Realy Good stuff.

UPDATED: DEC 17, 2008 Uniquie beer.Samuel Adams Cranberry Lambic is a hazy pinkish ale with a thin white head. It has an aroma of a barrel and stones. It is medium-light bodied, with a fluffy finish

bottle poured to goblet. hazy red brew with higher carbonation. light body, watery with cranberry tartness and lambic sour. well balanced very lively on the palate, carbonation helps to aid the lambic and cranberry base.

The name is deceiving...definately not a lambic. Good flavored wheat/fruit beer.

I am not knowledgeable enough to compare this to traditional lambics, but it is a very appealing beer in its own right. Tart and tasty!

This is a good cranberry beer. it has a nice mix of sweet and tart cran flavor. Some sips seem to make me pucker more then others but overall well done cranberry.

Pours brassy brown with a nice white head and fair lace. Aromas of spruce, clove, ginger, cranberries and yeast. Flavors are wheat, yeast and fruit, in a sweet-tart blend, with highlights of cranberry, vanilla, yeast and ginger ale. Very nice palate. I don’t, as a rule, find lambics among nmy favorites but, among them, this one is good.
