2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Fairly plain beer, some mild cirtus to the nose, lager/flat malt palate with not a whole lot going on. Finish is quick and clean. nothing remarkable here

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Aroma is floral and doughy. Medium effervescence with small amount of suspension. Slight bitter taste, while you can really taste the flower element on the finish. Light summer beer. Koch and Co are getting avant garde with beer styles these days, and sometimes I wish they’d be more traditional.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle poured into a sample glass at Brewsapalooza. This beer isn’t bad, but just doesn’t have a lot going on. Nondescript malt aroma and taste. Maybe I just don’t care for the style, but this beer just really doesn’t stand out in any way.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
This begins with a light floral aroma, and pours a clear light yellow with a full white head. Light crisp flavor, with some apple and floral notes. Very easy drinking, with a long lingering apple finish. This is an interesting take on the Kolsch style, and one worth trying.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 ounce bottle, poured a yellowish color, aromas of light bread, and floral aromas. Taste is the same, nothing over the top, doesnt tast like a traditional kolsch, decent overall.

Better than I thought...I dont know why they cant just brew a true style Kolsch bier without using spices? The Germans would be outraged! Not really a Kolsch but a decent lighter style beer that I finished. Sorry for not being more descrip. I think this one comes in one of those mixed 12pks they do. I can make them a better one!
