3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
I loved this one. Came in the Hopology 12-pack. My favorite by far. Pours a creamy off orange color with a beautofil, fluffy and thick head that leaves plenty of thick lacing. Aroma is like a great Belgian ale with clove and some banana notes as well as the citrus notes of an IPA. Taste is fantastic. Love the mellowness of the malt that shows through but doesnít overpower the hops that make it an IPA. Very drinkable and worth trying.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Golden pour with a white head. Great aroma, yeast, spice and cloves dominate. Doesnít really smell like your typical IPA but it is great non the less. Flavor is also great, the spicy yeast and cloves are noticeable still but there is a good deal of pine hops and a peppery finish. Great and imaginative beer.

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a clear muddy orange with a 2 finger white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is Belgian yeast, banana, and grapefruit/pine hops, albeit all very weak. Taste is complex and fruity, and only very slightly bitter from the hops. Nice refreshing mouthfeel. This is nothing to blow you away, but is a nice take on the IPA style.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clear-copper color with whispy white head. Boozy, cherry, spiced aroma. Moderately sweet with a defined cherry, booze edge and a hoppy finish.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz bottle from mix pack. Pours a clear copper color with a medium off-white head that has fair retention. The aroma is mild with Belgian style yeasts and spices. The taste is dominated by the yeasts with a bit of clove spiciness and some pine accentuating a bready malt backdrop. The palate is full and smooth with lively carbonation. The finish is long with lingering yeast. Overall: This beer is probably better than I am rating it, but Iím just sort of burned out on the whole Belgian IPA thing. Give me a dubbel or give me an IPA , but please stop stop this nonsense.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle. All around decent, but exemplary of why many belgian IPAs arenít very good. The hops + yeast character comes across as apply and reminiscent of a below average saison. Everything gets muddled to hell.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours clear amber orange with a frothy, lasting off-white head and great lacing. Aroma is yeast, caramel, and a little piney, earth hop if you really look for it. Taste is spicy yeast, into a dry middle and then just a touch of piney bitterness that barely cuts through the sweetness. One of the least hoppy IPAs Iíve had, as the hops get a little lost in the spices. Itís hit or miss with each drink, but at least it has variety. Not a bad brew.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle; poured a nice looking amber-orange color with a frothy light khaki head. Aroma of belgian sugar and yeast, caramel, pine, and earth. The hop profile took a bit of a while to emerge; some warmth did it good. Alot of sweetness and candi sugar upfront. Piney hops. Worked fairly well overall.
