COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A perennial favorite at our Brewery Halloween party, this reddish amber ale is perfect for fall. Real pumpkin adds a full body and sweetness, while deep roasted malts lend a toasty finish to this subtly spiced brew.

copper-brown pour - aroma of yeast and malt with slight pumpkin spice (very slight) - very sweet taste with an almost sticky mouth feel with strong notes of pumpkin pie spice, malt and these tastes linger for quite some time - normally I guess I would think this too strong but if one was in the right mood it is actually pretty good

UPDATED: SEP 11, 2012 Pours a clear red with a minimal tan head. Smells subtly of spices - nutmeg and cinnamon and pumpkin, also notes of malty cereals. Taste is sweet and a little bitter - hints of pumpkin, subtle spices, moderate maltiness with a mild hops kiss.

12 oz bottle. Really enjoyable pumpkin ale. Pours rich copper in color with a pure white head. Kind of middle of the road in the way of alcohol, great pumpkin spice aroma, rich maltiness, silky mouthfeel, zesty finish.

(12oz bottle). Porus a dark orange with hed hues and off-white head. Very pretty. Aroma has nice pumpkin pie spices and some pumpkin. Taste is semi-sweet malts and a hint of bitterness. Medium bodied and thin. The finish is pretty smooth. Not bad although it smells better than its tastes.

Poured a deep amber hue with a nice off white head that had good retention and very little lace. Lost of nutmeg upfront on both aroma and flavor, some mild pumpkin. Flavor had nice malts, mostly toasted bread and some sweetness in the finish. Nice balance, nutmeg was great. Finish was smooth. good beer.

Sampled @ SBWF 2011 on September 29. Pours reddish brown with a small gray head. Smell is very sweet with spices like cloves being dominant. Taste is malty, slightly sour and a little tart. There’s a sweetness and spicyness to it reminding you of liquid pumpkin pie.

Bottle. Reddish brown in color, thin off white head, and clear. The smell is nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin, sweet, and a touch artificial. The taste is a little sweet, nutmeg, spiced, pumpkin. Ok, but could be better.

Surprisingly dark copper pour with minimal head. Aroma of pumpkin and spice. Some nutmeg, clove and allspice. Taste is more pumpkin forward. Spicy up front.
