3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Definitely more subtle w/ the spice and better than your standard pumpkin ale. The orange color and short lived head on this clear brew are nothing to get excited about but it is definitely nice to have an ale w/ subtle spice that doesnít whack you over the head. Malts are up front in the nose w/ the spice more in the background though it comes out more when you taste it due to a subtle sweetness. This is a medium bodied brew w/ rather vigorous carbonation. I think it could do w/ a creamier texture but itís OK as it is. Of the pumpkin ales Iíve had in recent memory, this wins the award for the one Iíd most likely want to drink more than once.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz bottle. Pours a deep amber golden with a small creamy white head. Aroma is spicy and sweet, malty and a bit candy like. Cinnamon and nutmeg are the spices. Flavor is again spicy, and sweet, pumpkin pie but not overly rich or sweet. Bitter, slightly grainy and a bit boring in the finish but not offensive. Medium body and a sharper carbonation. Not bad for the style

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours amber w/ white head. Pleasant sweet pumpkin pie aroma. Taste is rich, spicy, buttery, malty. Very natural pumpkin pie flavor. You can taste the cinnamon, nutmeg and sweet pumpkin. One of the best pumpkin beers Iíve had.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Aroma has notes of sweet caramel malts, pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon and brown sugar. Deep red brown hue with an off-white foamy head that left good lace. Flavor is medium sweet and bitter. Palate is medium bodied with a watery average carbonation. Overall a nice quaff-able pumpkin beer. Nice.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sweet aroma of spice. Flavor is light with some definite pumpkin and spice. A pale ale with some addition spice. The body was a little weak.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Pours a dark reddish-orange with a tan head that disappears immediately. Aroma is very nice, with lots of warm spice and some nice hops too. Flavor is slightly muted compared to the aroma, but is still quite nice. Still the spiciness, but some nice malt sweetness, some roast influence, and a bit of hops. The palate is a little too carbonated, too much like soda. Overall the best pumpkin ale Iíve had.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pretty good. Nice looking clear amber. The aroma was earthy with a hint of pumpkin and spice. The flavor was also very subtle. The taste was very malty with just a touch of the pumpkin and spices.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12oz bottle
Appearance: Its body has a very nice deep reddish amber color with very clarity. From the pour it makes a good inch of creamy off white foam. It quickly settles down to thin covering that just hangs on to the last sip with the help of a few quick swirls. At the top of the glass it leaves some cool lace patterns.
Smell: The aroma has mostly cinnamon notes with some other pie spices over rich dark bready and pie crust like malts.
Taste/Palate: There is a pleasant cinnamon and pie spice character with mild bitterness though out. Pumpkin or squash like flavor is very light but it is there and it is supported buy sweet bready and toasty pie crust like malty flavor notes. The finish is fairly quick with mild bitterness and spice.
Notes: I am really loving this beer right now. This one is a stand out in an already solid fall mixed pack.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a beautiful reddish copper with a small light tan head. Nose is spices. Creamy on the palate, the pumpkin taste hits the taste buds upon first sip, followed by a mild maltiness and then a slight hint of hops. Very well balanced taste profile and not overly sweet. Pairs well with nuts or Chex mix.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. All the hype is because you can only get it in the fall mixer. Good but not mind-blowing. Poured a darker amber/orange color with a small white head. Aroma was spices, cloves, and cinnamon. Flavor was weaker pumpkin and spices. Good for the season, wouldnít want to have a lot of these at one time though.
