COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A perennial favorite at our Brewery Halloween party, this reddish amber ale is perfect for fall. Real pumpkin adds a full body and sweetness, while deep roasted malts lend a toasty finish to this subtly spiced brew.

Bottle. The pour was a clear dark amber with a reddish hue and had an average sized (1-2 finger) creamy off white head which produced some good lacing. The aroma was moderately strong of a toasted bread malt and a sweet doughy yeast with notes of brown sugar, allspice, nutmeg and pumpkin. The taste was a nice malty sweet with a nice note of brown sugar and allspice from the onset and finished about the same with a hint of nutmeg and a nice dose of pumpkin at the end. The flavor lingered for a descent amount of time allowing for the spices to settle nicely on the taste buds. Mouthfeel was just a tad under medium in body and quite creamy yet a little dry in texture with a nice forceful carbonation. Overall a flavorful Pumpkin Ale with just the right amount of spices blended together for a nice tasty experience.

Pours a clear amber color with a medium white head that left plenty of lacing around the glass. The aroma is pumpkin, cloves, spices, and nutmeg. The taste is very similar to the aroma. A slight bitterness to round it out. One of my personal favorite pumpkin beers.

[Bottle] Copper colored pour with a fizzy tan head. Aromas of allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon and sweet pumpkin. Flavors of sweet pumpkin pie and more of the associated spices. Brown sugar, caramel and residual sugars in the finish. Decent balance, could have scored higher if the sweetness was toned down.

[6211-20140304] Bottle. Fragrant fruity cleaner and light pumpkin spices. Clear, amber red body with a quick foamy off-white head. Pumpkin spices flavour has a nice sweet grainy finish. Medium body. Good. (7/3/7+/3/14) 3.4

Spiced aroma and flavor. Sweet, bread crust, light caramel malt. Subtle tartness... Really subtle pumpkin flavor. Pretty heavy on the spices, but doesn’t overwhelm the malt character. A little cinnamon "burn" (not a bad thing).

Poured from 12oz bottle into pint glass Appearance:a 1" off white head falls quickly with no lacing remaining. Color is a mostly clear reddish amber. Plenty of streaming carbonation. Aroma: spice is the dominate aroma, a bit of pine also. Mouthfeel: between light and medium, frothy, with a somewhat dry finish. Flavor: pumpkin and spice (cinnamon) are the dominate flavors. A bready malt backbone and some tangy hops for balance. Overall: fruit/spiced beers are not my personal choice of brew, but this is definitely one of the better ones I have had.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer & Beyond, Tel Aviv. Clear bronze with small beige head. The aroma is spicy, clove, notes of banana, biscuity. The flavor is spicy, moderate sweetness, malty, some herbs, clove, notes of banana, yeasty, semi-dry finish. Moderate carbonation, light to medium-bodied.

Bottle. Orange with medium head. Smells of spice and grain. Flavor is kinda bitter and the pumpkin spices could be more balanced. Finish is average.
