Samuel Adams Double Bock is brewed with a half pound of malt in each bottle, almost enough for a loaf of bread. This rich intense, lager reveals a deep mahogany color and velvety smooth flavor. Samuel Adams Double Bock is one of our most sought after brews. Enjoy!

Bottled. A deep red beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt, berries, and metal. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, alcohol, bread, and malt, leading to a dry metallic and alcholic finish. The body is thick. Give me a German instead.

Hazy dark amber color. Light aroma, candi sugar, caramel and alcohol. Caramellish beer, with sweet and round body, low bitterness, but missing any depth.

Beautiful bright mahogany. Not much head. Syrupy and vaguely nutty aroma. Sweet and simplistic, with only hints of brown bread buried under a relatively caramelly body. Probably a bit too sticky for me.

Bottle at tasting, pours a cloudy orangey amber with a big beige head. Aroma of fudge upfront, caramel malts, toffee and candied fruits. Flavour of fudge, chocolate malt, toasted bread, caramel and dark fruits. Quite a thick palate with rich flavours. Very nice.
