3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from BevMo. Dark reddish copper color with an ok beige head. Aroma of roasted caramel. Full bodied with mild but sharpish carbonation. Itís rather sweet, progresses to roasted malt, shows a mild touch of coffee, has touches of likely noble hop. Heat is very well hiddden. Finishes towards dry/astringent with something like chocolate coating the mouth. Itís a variable beast. I think they have a good beer here.
