charcot25 (181), Cordova, Tennessee, USA Mar 14, 2008 Deep amber beer with off-white head. Has a nice aroma of yeast, bread and caramel. Taste is sweet with caramel and hard candy notes as well as a firm bitterness and dry roastiness, presumably from roasted barley. There is a touch of diacetyl. Smooth, full mouthfeel but finishes a little dry. Not bad.
