COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our new 2013 release features Mosaic hops, a new hop from the Pacific Northwest. They add a burst of citrus notes to the distinctive layers of German, English and other American hops, all from growing regions near the "hop belt" of the 48th Latitude. Cheers!

Amber color with a sizable off white head. Aroma is a bit fruity, citrus with notes of orange. Flavor is citrus hops with a touch of orange. Some sweet malt balances out the hops. Very drinkable. Wife: 3.6

A clear reddish amber beer with a small white head. The aroma is tropical fruit and piney. The flavor is resinous and fruity, the best of the bunch.

Bottle, from Deconstructed 12 pack. Pours a deep clear copper color with a thick off white head that has somewhat good retention. Finally! Aroma is big tropical fruit with this one. Pineapple & bitter orange stand out. Flavor is really nice. Still with the sweet malt, but the hop notes.... WOW. Some grapefruit, some orange, and some resin. Body is medium with a crisp bitter finish. Nice one!

Samuel Adams Deconstructed series. The best of the batch! Regardless of brewer, you cannot go wrong with the Mosaic hops. A flavorful, hoppy beer with a hint of grapefruit.

Clear medium copper with a thin white head and plenty of lacing. Grassy and floral with pineapple and an almost minty finish. I like the uniqueness of this one.

Latitude 48 IPA mixed case, second bottle--ok, I’m digging this now, the first beer was more of an English ale, this one is more of an IPA. Pours a gold/orange color with a soft beige color head. Aroma is of soft citrusy fruit. The taste is orange and bold citrus with a bitter finish. Total wine

Pours copper with a fluffy white one finger thick head. Translucency is medium. Transparency allows the drinker to see the carbonation bubbles rising through the beer at the far edge of the glass. Aroma is high and decent bitter hops. Picking up notes of pineapple, orange and lemon. Mild malt scent beneath. Taste is obviously bitter, citrusy showcasing orange mainly. Other tastes are grape, apple and pineapple. Mouthfeel leaves a resin, mild carbonation. This deconstructed series is fantastic. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Mild hops here but doesn’t really do justice to mosaic. Pours clear orange without much head or lacing. Caramelized malt, a little on sweet side. Sweet finish with light bitterness. Tap at Smoke and Barrel.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle with an expiration date of Aug 2014. Lovely looking medium amber bronze colored pour with a big cream colored head. Aroma is subtle and relaxing with the earthy hops up front and the barley malts hovering in the background. The body is medium. Such a clean taste with a nice dose of earthy, Mosaic hops intermixing with the barley and grainy malt character.

Pours clear caramel with a small white ring. Aroma is citrus and earthy hops. Taste is caramel malt and citrus hop. Nice beer.
